Membership's

Memberships are an initial 12 months then rolling 30 days thereafter.
To ensure entry into the Club, it's always best to have your card on you. Your membership card is also available on your phone and can be shown to reception from your device. Your membership will have a QR code for your digital wallet for Android & Apple users which you can use for access.
Age 25 and above. This applies to couples and corporate memberships also.
Please email membership@clubsquantum.com to request a replacement card or come into the club and see reception.
Your membership starts when the welcome email is sent to you upon payment of the joining fee and first month’s membership fee. You can request a date for your first day.
Unfortunately they cannot. Membership is just for you, but if they would like to become a member, they can email membership@clubsquantum.com to apply for a ‘couples’, discounted membership or come into the club and see reception to up-grade your membership.
Your membership renews automatically annually after 12 months into a rolling 30-day contract, subject to Club Quantum terms and conditions. If you need to update your membership payment method please follow the subscription monthly email where you can login to and change the card, alternatively come into the club and see reception to change the details we have on file for you. You are welcome to also email membership@clubsquantum.com where we can call you do this over the phone.
If you have friends or family who would like to apply for membership, and are aged 25 or over, they can add your name and email address to the application form. We will be in touch to confirm we have received their application.

Yes – if you apply for a Membership at Club Quantum, you will need to pay a £222 One Off Sign Up Fee, to secure your place, in addition to your monthly or annual member fee. Monthly payment / direct debit options are only available to members that sign up for a minimum of 12 months.

The Club
Club Quantum, Private Members Area, has an over 25 age policy at all times and reserve the rights to request proof of identification if considered necessary. Kindly know, all entry is at management discretion.
Our dress code at Club Quantum is Smart / Casual. You are welcome to dress with character, purpose & originality however please note we do not allow the following clothing or footwear: any type of sportswear (including sport branded clothing), tracksuits, loungewear, flip-flops, or hats. Gentlemen are permitted to wear tailored shorts.
Only registered assistance dogs can enter the Club. No other pets are allowed.
The Club does not have it’s own parking facilities but there are public parking spaces / car parks directly behind the Club - Pantiles Car Park.
Tunbridge Wells Borough Council also operates 114 spaces at The Pantiles Car Park
(TH4 8HG) on Eridge Road (before the Sainsbury’s roundabout) and 54 spaces at Linden Park Road (TN2 5QL) behind the Corn Exchange. The Upper Pantiles Car Park offers 170 spaces 24/7 and is literally across the road from The Pantiles. The Sat Nav postcode is TN2 5TP.

We'll ask your guests to wait for you seated if they arrive before you.
Members are allowed to bring up to three guests with them, dependent on membership type, to the Club at any time, and we'll try our best to help if you'd like to bring more. Please call the Club before you arrive to arrange.
Please discuss with the Club. You will be passed to our events coordinator or make a request online via the contact us page.
You can send small packages, but please ensure it’s collected promptly. Club Quantum does not accept any liability for anything delivered to the Club on behalf of its members.

This will be event type and membership type based. Spaces at events will vary. Information will be published on Club socials and the Club website nearer to the event time. Otherwise, please feel free to call the Club 01892 354786 to discuss further.
Please email Manager@clubsquantum.com or call 01892 354786 the Club to notify us at least one week in advance for event cancellations, and 24 hours in advance for any reservations made at the bar or for a table.
